Engages financial center clients, supports banking transactions and self-service tools, and connects clients with solutions that meet their financial goals.
What you'll do
- Educate and assist clients with self-service banking and process cash transactions as needed.
- Build client relationships, understand financial priorities, and connect clients to relevant solutions.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, outbound calls, and cash responsibilities while following applicable processes and regulations.
