Engages bank clients, helps them use self-service banking, processes cash transactions, and connects clients with solutions aligned to their financial needs.
What you'll do
- Build client relationships and identify solutions for financial needs.
- Educate clients on and assist with ATM, online, and mobile banking; process cash transactions.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk and operational procedures.
