Engages clients in financial centers, processes cash transactions, supports self-service banking, and connects clients with solutions aligned to their financial needs.
What you'll do
- Build client relationships and identify financial solutions, partnering with specialists in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage lobby traffic, appointments, outbound calls, and cash responsibilities while delivering a strong client experience.
- Follow operational processes and applicable laws, and educate clients on self-service banking options.
