What you'll do
- Educate clients on self-service banking and assist with transactions, including cash handling.
- Build client relationships, identify needs, and connect clients with relevant solutions and specialists.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk, compliance, and operational procedures.
