Engages financial center clients, processes cash transactions, and connects clients with banking solutions that support their financial goals.
What you'll do
- Educate clients on self-service banking and process cash transactions as needed.
- Build client relationships and connect clients with solutions, including by partnering with small business, lending, and investment experts.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk and operational procedures.
