What you'll do
- Educate clients about self-service banking and process cash transactions as needed.
- Discuss clients’ financial priorities and connect them to relevant solutions and specialists.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, outbound calls, and cash responsibilities while following bank processes and regulations.
