What you'll do
- Educate clients on self-service banking and assist with transactions, including cash handling.
- Build client relationships, understand financial priorities, and connect clients to relevant solutions and specialists.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk controls and established procedures.
