About the job
Engages financial center clients, processes cash transactions, guides clients toward self-service banking, and connects them with solutions aligned to their financial needs.
What you'll do
- Build client relationships and identify solutions that meet financial needs.
- Process cash transactions and help clients use ATM, online, and mobile banking.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk and operational procedures.
