About the job
Engages financial center clients, processes cash transactions, promotes self-service banking, and connects clients with financial solutions that support their goals.
What you'll do
- Build client relationships, understand financial needs, and connect clients to relevant solutions and specialists.
- Guide clients in using mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs; process cash transactions as needed.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk controls and established procedures.
