About the job
Engages financial center clients, processes cash transactions, guides clients toward self-service banking, and connects them with financial solutions that meet their goals.
What you'll do
- Build client relationships, learn their financial priorities, and connect them with appropriate solutions and banking specialists.
- Educate clients on self-service banking and accurately handle cash transactions.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk, operational, and regulatory procedures.
