Engages financial center clients, processes cash transactions, guides clients to self-service banking, and connects them with financial solutions based on their needs.
What you'll do
- Build client relationships and discuss financial priorities to identify relevant solutions.
- Assist clients with self-service transactions and manage cash responsibilities.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk and compliance processes.
