About the job
Engages financial center clients, assists with transactions and self-service banking, and connects clients with solutions aligned to their financial goals.
What you'll do
- Builds client relationships and identifies financial solutions based on client needs.
- Processes cash transactions and educates clients on mobile, online, and ATM self-service.
- Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk and compliance procedures.
