About the job
Engages bank clients, helps them use self-service banking, processes cash transactions, and connects clients with financial solutions suited to their needs.
What you'll do
- Builds client relationships and identifies solutions aligned with clients’ financial needs.
- Processes cash transactions and guides clients in using ATM, online, and mobile banking.
- Manages financial-center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk controls and applicable regulations.
