Engages clients in a financial center, assists with transactions and self-service banking, and builds relationships to connect clients with solutions for their financial goals.
What you'll do
- Educate clients on mobile, online, and ATM banking; process cash transactions as needed.
- Build client relationships, assess financial priorities, and connect clients with relevant solutions.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, outbound calls, and cash responsibilities while following risk and compliance processes.
