Engages financial center clients, assists with transactions and self-service banking, and connects clients with financial solutions that meet their needs.
What you'll do
- Build client relationships and identify solutions aligned with clients’ financial needs.
- Process cash transactions and guide clients in using mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk and compliance processes.
