Engages clients at financial centers, assists with transactions and self-service banking, and connects clients with solutions that support their financial goals.
What you'll do
- Build client relationships and identify solutions based on clients’ financial needs.
- Guide clients in using mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs; process cash transactions as needed.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk controls and established procedures.
