About the job
Engages clients in the financial center, helps with transactions and self-service banking, and connects clients with solutions that support their financial goals.
What you'll do
- Builds client relationships and identifies solutions based on clients’ financial needs.
- Processes cash transactions and guides clients in using mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs.
- Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk controls and established procedures.
