Engages financial center clients, processes cash transactions, guides clients to self-service banking, and connects them with solutions aligned to their financial needs.
What you'll do
- Build client relationships and identify solutions that meet financial needs.
- Educate clients on self-service banking and process cash transactions as needed.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk and operational processes.
