About the job
Engages financial center clients, supports self-service banking and cash transactions, and connects clients with solutions that meet their financial goals.
What you'll do
- Builds client relationships and identifies solutions based on clients’ financial needs.
- Educates clients on mobile, online, and ATM banking; processes cash transactions as needed.
- Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk controls and established procedures.
