What you'll do
- Educates clients on self-service banking and processes cash transactions as needed.
- Builds client relationships and connects clients with solutions and specialists in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk, operational, and compliance processes.
