Engages financial center clients, assists with transactions and self-service banking, and connects clients with solutions aligned to their financial goals.
What you'll do
- Builds client relationships and identifies solutions for financial needs.
- Processes cash transactions and helps clients use ATMs, online banking, and mobile banking.
- Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk and operational procedures.
