Engages banking clients, processes cash transactions, and connects clients with banking solutions that support their financial goals.
What you'll do
- Educate clients about self-service banking and assist with transactions, including cash handling.
- Build client relationships, identify financial needs, and connect clients with relevant solutions and experts.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk controls and operational procedures.
