Engages financial center clients, processes cash transactions, guides them to self-service banking, and connects them with solutions that support their financial goals.
What you'll do
- Builds client relationships, identifies financial needs, and connects clients to relevant solutions and specialists.
- Educates clients on ATM, online, and mobile banking; manages appointments, traffic, and outbound calls.
- Processes cash transactions and follows risk, operational, and regulatory procedures.
