What you'll do
- Build client relationships and identify financial needs, referring clients to small-business, lending, and investment specialists as appropriate.
- Assist clients with self-service banking, process cash transactions, and manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
- Follow banking processes and regulations while supporting risk management and a strong client experience.
