Relationship Banker - Tyrone Financial Center

What you'll do

• Educates clients on self-service banking and assists with transactions, including cash handling.
• Builds client relationships, identifies needs, and connects clients to appropriate solutions and specialists.
• Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk and operational procedures.

What they ask for

• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, potentially at nearby financial centers.
• High school diploma, GED, secondary school, or equivalent.
• Ability to engage clients, identify solutions, communicate effectively, and learn new technology platforms.
• Follows established processes and applicable laws and regulations.

Nice to have

• Financial services experience and industry knowledge.
• One year of successful sales experience with individual goals; six months of cash handling; or a relevant associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
