What you'll do
- Educate and assist clients with self-service banking and process cash transactions as needed.
- Build client relationships, understand financial priorities, and connect clients to appropriate solutions and specialists.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk, operational, and regulatory guidelines.
