What you'll do
- Build client relationships and identify financial needs, connecting clients with appropriate solutions and specialists.
- Educate clients on self-service banking and efficiently process cash transactions as needed.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk controls and applicable regulations.
