Engages financial center clients, helps them use self-service banking, processes cash transactions, and connects clients with solutions aligned to their financial goals.
What you'll do
- Build client relationships and identify financial needs and solutions.
- Educate clients on self-service banking and manage cash transactions.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while following risk controls and operating procedures.
