Supports Financial Advisors by managing client relationships, coordinating service needs, and helping strengthen and grow the team’s client book.
What you'll do
- Track client activity, share time-sensitive updates, and monitor client satisfaction.
- Attend client review meetings and help deepen relationships; engage specialists to address client needs.
- Manage client onboarding and escalations, and support the team’s client segmentation strategy.
