Serves as the first point of contact for financial center clients, identifying consumer and small business banking needs, providing appropriate solutions, and connecting clients with specialists.
What you'll do
- Builds client relationships through banking services, follow-up, and outbound calls.
- Educates clients on self-service transactions and supports account opening, maintenance, and digital-assisted shopping.
- Follows operational processes and regulatory requirements while delivering accurate client service.
