Serves as a first point of contact for financial center clients, identifies personal and small business banking needs, offers solutions, and connects clients with specialists.
What you'll do
- Builds client relationships by providing banking solutions and support for transactions and self-service technologies.
- Opens and maintains accounts while following operational processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively contacts clients and follows up to provide client care.
