Serves financial center clients by identifying personal and small-business banking needs, offering appropriate solutions, and connecting clients with specialists.
What you'll do
- Builds client relationships through banking services, outbound calls, and consistent follow-up.
- Educates clients on self-service transactions and supports account opening, maintenance, and other banking activities.
- Follows applicable processes and regulations while delivering accurate client service.

- Bilingual Mandarin required.
