Serves as a financial center’s first point of contact, identifies individual and small business clients’ banking needs, offers suitable solutions, and connects clients with specialists.
What you'll do
- Builds client relationships through banking services, outbound calls, and follow-up.
- Helps clients with transactions and teaches them to use self-service technologies.
- Opens and maintains accounts while following operational processes and regulatory requirements.
