What you'll do
- Identify client needs and partner with teams to provide consumer and small-business banking solutions.
- Assist and educate clients on self-service transactions and provide accurate account services, including opening and maintaining accounts.
- Build client relationships through outbound calls, follow-up, and compliant client care.
