Serves as a financial center’s first point of contact, identifying individual and small business clients’ banking needs, providing solutions, and connecting clients with specialists.
What you'll do
- Uncover banking needs and offer consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies.
- Educate clients on self-service transactions and support account opening, maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping.
- Manage client interactions, follow up proactively, and comply with operational and regulatory requirements.
