Serves as the first point of contact for financial center clients, identifies consumer and small-business banking needs, provides appropriate solutions, and connects clients with specialists.
What you'll do
- Build client relationships through banking services, outbound calls, and follow-up.
- Help clients use self-service technologies and complete account transactions and maintenance accurately.
- Partner with teams to provide consumer and small-business solutions while following regulatory requirements.
