Serves financial center clients by identifying personal and small business banking needs, providing appropriate solutions, and connecting clients with specialists.
What you'll do
- Uncover client needs and coordinate consumer and small business solutions with relevant teams.
- Help clients use self-service technologies and support transactions, account opening, and account maintenance.
- Build client relationships through outbound calls and follow-ups while ensuring accurate, compliant service.
What they ask for
- At least one year of demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented, client-centric environment, or at least six months in one of the specified Bank of America roles.
- Be a commissioned notary or obtain a notary commission in the state of employment within a few months of starting.
