Serves as a first point of contact for financial center clients, identifies personal and small-business banking needs, offers solutions, and connects clients with specialists.
What you'll do
- Builds client relationships by identifying needs and providing consumer and small-business solutions and services.
- Educates clients on self-service technologies and assists with simple transactions.
- Completes account opening and maintenance, follows regulatory requirements, and conducts outbound calls and follow-up.
