Serves as the first point of contact for financial center clients, identifies individual and small-business banking needs, provides appropriate solutions, and connects clients with specialists.
What you'll do
- Builds client relationships through banking services, client education, and support with transactions and self-service technology.
- Opens and maintains accounts while following operational processes and regulatory requirements.
- Contacts clients proactively, follows up consistently, and collaborates with teams to deliver solutions.

- Commissioned notary, or ability to obtain a state notary commission within a few months of starting.

$25.97 - $31.75 USD hourly pay (base salary)
