Serves as a first point of contact for financial center clients, identifies consumer and small-business banking needs, provides solutions and self-service support, and connects clients with specialists.
What you'll do
- Uncover client needs and partner with teams to provide banking solutions, services, and strategies.
- Educate clients on self-service technologies and support simple transactions.
- Complete account opening and maintenance, follow up with clients, and meet operational, accuracy, and regulatory requirements.
