Serves as a first point of contact for financial center clients, identifies personal and small-business banking needs, offers solutions, and connects clients with specialists.
What you'll do
- Uncover client needs and provide or connect clients to consumer and small-business banking solutions.
- Educate clients on self-service transactions and support account opening, maintenance, and digital-assisted shopping.
- Manage client interactions accurately, follow regulatory requirements, and conduct outbound calls and follow-ups.
