Oversees business controls and risk-management processes for Specialized Servicing and Fulfillment Operations, including compliance, issue management, audits, quality testing, and metrics.

- Establishes and oversees effective operational controls and adherence to regulatory and investor guidelines.
- Supports risk and operational management activities, including issues, audits and exams, quality assurance testing, complaints analysis, and metrics.
