Senior Engineer - GenAI Security

What you'll do

• Define and implement security architecture, identity and access controls, secure API and tool invocation patterns, and AI guardrails.
• Lead threat modeling and risk assessment; design RAG and data security controls.
• Deliver complex platform features and guide engineering practices, including CI/CD, automation, and solution design.

What they ask for

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, security architecture, or platform security engineering.
• Expertise in IAM, OAuth2, mTLS, API security, gateway enforcement, zero-trust design, threat modeling, and risk assessment.
• Experience securing distributed cloud-native platforms and multi-tenant systems with strict data access controls.
• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Professional Experience.

Nice to have

• GenAI / AI/ML security experience, including prompt injection, adversarial attacks, data leakage, model misuse, and guardrails.
• Experience securing RAG architectures, vector databases, retrieval pipelines, or agent-based systems; regulated-environment experience is preferred.

Pay

$122,000.00 - $200,000.00 USD annualized base salary
