What you'll do
- Define reliability goals, SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, observability designs, and service health reporting.
- Automate toil and improve platform resilience through reusable infrastructure-as-code modules, remediation, and CI/CD patterns.
- Lead complex incident investigations and partner with engineering, infrastructure, security, and governance teams on reliability improvements.
