Service Delivery Exec (GHR) - Payroll

What you'll do

• Sets team priorities and oversees payroll programs, processes, resources, budgets, and project funding.
• Manages vendor partnerships and drives data-informed operational efficiency and service performance.
• Establishes controls and governance to manage compliance and operational risk, and resolves complex operational issues.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of U.S. payroll operations experience, currently in a senior leadership role managing large, multi-level payroll teams.
• Track record leading enterprise-scale payroll operations for a complex organization of 100,000+ employees.
• Deep, hands-on Workday Payroll expertise, including end-to-end payroll processes, integrations, releases, configuration, and testing.
• Experience designing and operating payroll controls; managing vendors; and leading quarterly and year-end payroll processes.

Nice to have

• Global payroll operations or transformation experience, including multiple countries, providers, or regional delivery models.
• Professional payroll certification preferred, such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), a global payroll certification, or Workday Pro Payroll.
