Serves as the first point of contact for financial center clients, identifies personal and small-business banking needs, provides appropriate solutions, and connects clients with specialists.
What you'll do
- Builds client relationships by identifying needs and connecting clients to consumer and small-business solutions, services, and strategies.
- Educates clients on self-service transactions and supports account opening, account maintenance, and other banking activities.
- Uses outbound calls and follow-up routines to support client care while meeting operational, accuracy, and regulatory requirements.
What they ask for
- At least one year of demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented, client-centric environment, or at least six months in one of the listed Bank of America roles: RM, ADP RM, CSA I, or RMBOS.
- Commissioned notary, or ability to obtain a state notary commission within a few months of starting (timeframe varies by location).
