Manages end-to-end recruiting for Global Corporate & Investment Banking, partnering with business and HR leaders to meet hiring objectives and deliver strategic talent initiatives.

- Develops sourcing strategies, builds candidate pipelines, screens and interviews applicants, and manages requisitions and offers.
- Partners with hiring executives and HR leaders, reporting on hiring activity and advising on talent acquisition.
