About the job
Leads team operations and administers mission-critical MongoDB environments, ensuring availability, scalability, performance, and reliable production support.
What you'll do
- Administer MongoDB production environments, including sharded clusters, replica sets, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery.
- Tune database performance, plan capacity, and troubleshoot production incidents, replication errors, and performance issues.
- Provide team leadership, prioritize work and on-call coverage, support changes and releases, and coordinate with technical and business stakeholders.
