About the job
Processes and reconciles client onboarding, asset transfers, and related investment transactions while providing operational support to clients and internal partners.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding and asset transfers, including documentation, follow-up, tracking, and client meetings.
- Process and reconcile transactions, resolve exceptions and escalations, and respond to client inquiries.
- Support branch transitions by training team members and identifying operational risks and process improvements.
