What you'll do
- Resolve client settlement issues, including matched and unmatched trades, fails, and reconciliation breaks across Americas markets.
- Respond to client queries and provide client metrics analysis; coordinate with operations and product specialists and escalate high-risk items.
- Support process improvements, quality reviews, risk and audit processes, procedure updates, projects, and executive reporting.
